Samakaya - balance of the body and Sarvanga sadhana - engagement of all body parts. It helps in exercising all the joints, muscles and tissues and ensure correct circulation of rakta sancara(blood), nina sancara(lymph) and prana sancara(life energy). Circulation of blood is stimulated in a unique way by this yoga method. The venous return is stimulated by deep, slow breathing. This method employs to exercise the circulation while keeping the heart rate low.
